The Desert of Sorrow

In days past, the Desert of Kercyria was a relatively peaceful place. Home to giant insects and frequent storms, the races of the Desert survived through cooperation and understanding.

No longer is this the case. The Elves, forced from the Forest by the Orcs and their Airships, were desperate and angry when they encountered the first settlements of Kercyria.

They have since had no mercy on the Desert or it's people. Forced into a desperate situation, the Elves committed unspeakable acts. They enslave all who are not their own, subjugating them through magic and torture. Their twisted magic no longer used to nurture, but instead to strip, the Elves drain the land of everything it had to fuel their industrial empire.

The Desert runs low on resources, and the Elves seek to expand back into the Forest.
