Yuhil
The plains of the Dwarven Empire
Since the beginning of history Yuhil has been shared between the Dwarves and the Humans, but this does not mean the lands have not shifted. For eons the Dwarves defended the human settlements from raiding parties from Atonia.
But that changed when the Orcs created their Airships and took domain over the skies. In a few short years the Humans were all but wiped out from the plains, only a small percentage surviving as refugees within the Dwarven Tunnels.
Now the Dwarves hold power over Yuhil alone, the Orcs having moved on to the Forests of Lephia. The dwarves abandoned their tunnels and created Capitasi, the Dwarven Capital in the sun.
The Dwarves have since harnessed the power of the Sun, creating Constructs to work while they grow fat and lazy. Only a dwindling population of Dwarves still follow the old ways.

Once, Dwarves were hard working, muscular and strong.
Now, very few Dwarves fit that description. Most are overweight and lazy, constructs doing everything for them from making their food to walking for them. Most Dwarves don't leave thier house anymore, let alone their bed. Why get up when you bed can do it for you?

Only those of the Crafting Guilds still live the old ways, forging and fighting and living life.
